Whether historical or modern, handcrafted or industrial - having participated in numerous international productions, I can guarantee you a skilled handling of textiles, extensive knowledge of processing techniques and care for form accuracy.

 

My professional career includes, among other things:

 

Over two years at “Das Gewand” in Düsseldorf, three seasons tailoring for the men’s principal costume shop at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, several years at various theaters and opera houses in Oregon and Colorado, as well as major film and TV projects in Los Angeles. These include “Joker - Folie à Deux” for Warner Bros. Pictures, “Palm Royal” for Apple TV and “Mandalorian” for Disney+.

 

Since I was a child I had a deep passion and fascination for costumes and there was always a special place in my heart for traditional crafts and their history. Therefore I chose the art of tailoring/dressmaking and I am proud to be one of those who still practice this fading skill with love.
